A perfect blend for all occasions and method of brewing.  This blend of Ethiopia and Brazil coffee has a floral aroma on the nose and a sweetness of dark chocolate combined with a fruit medley of raspberries, cherries and other red fruits in the cup.

Roasted in a Medium - Full City+ roast

Recommended double-shot espresso dosing recipe:

Dose: 20 grams
Yield: 40 grams
Time: 30 seconds


Recommended drip coffee recipe:

Ratio:  1: 16 (Coffee/Water)   For every gram of coffee, use 16 grams of water

If you don't have a scale, use approximately 1 Tablespoon of coffee for every 4 ounces of water.

Adjust to taste preferences.
