This single-origin Guatemala coffee is grown in the Huehuetenango (way-way-ten-ango) region. It is shade-grown under guava, plantain, and banana trees which give the coffee it's fruit undertones along with the caramel and chocolate notes. It carries a very smooth velvety body and a clean finish.

Recommended double-shot espresso dosing recipe:

Dose: 20 grams
Yield: 40 grams
Time: 30 seconds


Recommended drip coffee recipe:

Ratio:  1: 16 (Coffee/Water)   For every gram of coffee, use 16 grams of water

If you don't have a scale, use approximately 1 Tablespoon of coffee for every 4 ounces of water.

Adjust to taste preferences.
