Our Ethiopia Sidamo is fruit-forward with a syrupy body and a dark chocolate finish. It starts with notes of berry fruitiness, followed by a pronounced citrus tartness, and finishes with a burst of sweet chocolate that lingers on the palate.

Recommended double-shot espresso dosing recipe:

Dose: 20 grams
Yield: 40 grams
Time: 30 seconds


Recommended drip coffee recipe:

Ratio:  1: 16 (Coffee/Water)   For every gram of coffee, use 16 grams of water

If you don't have a scale, use approximately 1 Tablespoon of coffee for every 4 ounces of water.
