Guatemala: Nestled in the highlands of the Cuchumatanes mountains, Huehuetenango coffee beans are renowned for their vibrant acidity, full body, and a captivating array of flavors. With notes of chocolate, caramel, and a hint of fruitiness, these beans provide a rich and complex foundation for our blend.

Costa Rica: Sourced from the lush, volcanic soils of the Tarrazu region, these beans bring a distinctive brightness and refined elegance to the mix. Known for their smooth body and citrus undertones, Tarrazu beans add a delightful balance and a clean, refreshing finish.

Our Full City Plus roast brings out the best in both origins, creating a harmonious balance between the lively brightness of Costa Rica and the deep, rich tones of Guatemala. This medium-dark roast achieves the perfect equilibrium, enhancing the natural sweetness and intricate flavors without overwhelming their inherent characteristics.

 Recommended double-shot espresso dosing recipe:

Dose: 20 grams
Yield: 40 grams
Time: 30 seconds


Recommended drip coffee recipe:

Ratio:  1: 16 (Coffee/Water)   For every gram of coffee, use 16 grams of water

If you don't have a scale, use approximately 1 Tablespoon of coffee for every 4 ounces of water.
