Grown in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, this 100% Arabica single origin coffee has a delicious dark cacao and almond profile. It has a dense body with the perfect balance of acidity to sweetness.
Grown and harvested by Daterra Farms with a focus on quality rather than quantity, Brazil Doce Azule has limited availability each harvest. Daterra Farms is Rainforest Alliance Certified and a portion of their profits are returned to the community in education, health care and child care for their workers.
We roast it up fresh with each order in a Full City+ roast that makes it perfect for espresso based drinks, cold brew, drip, pour over, french press or moka pot brewing.

Recommended drip coffee recipe:
Ratio: 1: 16 (Coffee/Water) For every gram of coffee, use 16 grams of water
If you don't have a scale, use approximately 1 Tablespoon of coffee for every 4 ounces of water.
